At Mencorrector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@mencorrector.store.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first at support@mencorrector.store for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
