Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mencorrector is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@mencorrector.store so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mencorrector is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mencorrector.store.
